slangy ("the Service") is a language-learning platform operated by Madalina Ciortan. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Using the Service
- You may use slangy's lessons without creating an account.
- To save your progress, you need a free account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Accounts
When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Content & intellectual property
- All course content, exercises, and design are owned by slangy.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell course content.
- We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning.
5. Free & paid courses
- Free courses are available at no cost, with or without an account.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a digital content purchase.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as-is". We do our best to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Account deletion
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us. We will delete your personal data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state where the operator is established. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
